At Tre Voci's we serve up fresh & healthy Italian cuisine. Our meat lasagna is a highlight of the menu. We make it Bolognese-style using béchamel sauce and Parmesan cheese. The Bolognese sauce takes over four hours to prepare, combining minced meat, carrots, celery and onion. After being baked for a half hour in the restaurant's brick oven, the lasagna ends up creamy, not with the tomato sauciness of the southern Italian version. The same sauce is available in Tre Voci's pappardelle Bolognese.
Appetizers include baked ricotta prepared with fresh herbs, served alongside roasted pancetta and baby greens. Seafood risotto is made with clams, mussels, shrimp and fish. Personal-style pizzas are prepared in the 600-degree, wood-fired brick oven that uses oak, maple and cherry wood, with early favorites being margherita, frutta di mare, prepared with tomato, shrimp, mussels and clams, and another variation made with mozzarella, broccoli rabe and sausage.
Branzino is baked in a parchment paper wrap with potatoes, zucchini, shallots, thyme and white wine. Classic meat dishes are also available, including chicken saltimbocca and veal scaloppine in addition to such American dishes as pork tenderloin and grilled beef tenderloin served with blue cheese mashed potatoes.
All our the restaurant's bread are baked on premises, including focaccia, raisin and ciabatta. Our desserts include hazelnut, chocolate and vanilla gelato and lemon, green apple and strawberry sorbet. We also makes semifreddo with port wine and frozen zabaglione, panna cotta dressed with a balsamic reduction, an Italian cheesecake made with ricotta and grano and a Neapolitan cake called pastiera di grano.
